Were having a family gathering in a week, and I was in a hurry to fix my dentures. Thank God, a friend of mine recommended DentKits. I called them immediately to ask if they could do something for my dentures. He said they could fix and deliver it to me in 5 days. Initially, I was hesitant, but I just trusted them and hoped they could do it. Thankfully, they made it possible and delivered it as promised. Now I was enjoying every food without any difficulties. I feel that I have been given a gift when I’m found Dentkits. I am a long time denture wearer, and have been through the expensive ones to the “affordable” ones and I have to say I am blown Away with Dentkits. I am absolutely amazed that I got this incredible fit and beautiful smile with not one single annoying office visit. I have had to replace my bottom denture and top denture because of my own reasons, nothing to do with the incredible quality of my teeth, and the customer service has been top notch. I don’t understand the bad reviews but my experience has been incredible. The customer service has been seriously top notch, they email back so quickly! Bit of back story: I had all of my teeth removed at 28 years old and I cried at the idea of having dentures so early in life (I’m 32 now) and I figured no matter what, my dentures would never look like my real teeth (or what they were supposed to look like) so I contacted dentkits looking for affordable immediate dentures to get before my surgery.They walked me through the whole process, made sure they captured my smile fully and after basically venting my concerns about having dentures, they asked me beyond the questionnaire and smile pictures, what did I want my smile to look like. How wide did I smile, what color would make me feel the best and what do I imagine my dream smile looking like. They truly care.My immediate dentures fit really well after the swelling subsided and I was very excited about that but even more, I LOVED my new teeth! They weren’t loose like I thought they would be, I didn’t have to use adhesive like I had pictured dealing with and I actually felt normal. Once I could get my permanent set, they again worked with me on a few adjustments I wanted to make to the front teeth since my face had changed a bit and I felt I needed the teeth a little bigger. They made them perfect and I have never looked back (except when I need another set made because I have the worst luck with dropping them on the tile floors, I’m clumsy lol)Thank you Dentkits!

Dent kits was great for My father. He suffered a stroke 20 years ago and has been housebound with severe social anxiety issues for years. When he broke his dropped and broke his dentures, I tried to coax him to the dentist, which was impossible. When I saw Dent kits online I new this was the perfect scenario for him. I can’t believe the reviews that say the customer service is terrible, because, though I waited a few days sometimes to get a reply to an email, I’m very patient, so no problem. I have a difficult lower dental ridge, and have been burned by several dentists, but Dentkits hung in there with me, had FaceTime chats with me, sent 3 try-ins, before I received a beautiful lower denture. All for the initial price (never adding another amount) of $600. Another dentist charged $700 for a reline on my older denture, that didn’t work (he ruined my denture so had to give me my money back! I will be honest and mention that it took 4 months in total, but I actually wore one of the try-ins while waiting, so never was without teeth. I want to give a shout-out to Sarah, Nate, Alex, and all the people who worked on the project 🙂 Thanks!!

I see some people complain about the fit but mine fit great and look great. In fact, I tried to get a set made at the dentist and they couldnt even get them to fit after 2 tries and tried to blame it on some of my remaining teeth being tilted so the clamps wouldnt fit well over the teeth. I ordered from dentkits and got a great fit. I think the people who have a bad fit just didn t take a good impression. 5 stars all the way!!!!! Thanks dentkits!!!!!!

I dont post many reviews on Google… but I had to post and Thank DentKits for a job well done… and more importantly… QUICKLY. In the midst of the Busy Holiday Season – I had them make a small replacement tooth while Im having an implant done…. (takes several months for the procedure to finish). I spoke with Serge- who was very helpful and promised me quick service. They came through and the product is great, fits well, does what it needs to do. So with so many sketchy-reviews of some of their on-line competitors… I AM SO GLAD I FOUND DentKits. They do the right job and fast…. really makes you want to SMILE! (lol)

The first part of the experience went well. Taking the impressions was very easy. After 2 weeks of waiting for the try-ins, I received them and I couldn’t get them to fit. The flanges were too high on both the upper and lower and the lower denture didn’t even fit. I sent emails to both customer service and support, but never got a response. I called them half a dozen times, but they never answered. I received an email today informing me that my dentures are on their way. I will be returning the package unopened along with a request for refund.

Slightly longer process than I would have hoped for but when I messed up the molds they threw in the bottom set for free to speed up the process. The teeth themselves fit ok when I got them. Worst experience ever. It’s almost the end of April and I have been trying to get my partial from them since Feb. !! first didn’t fit at all ! they said they would remake it. got it today. Wrong !! was the wrong color for the entire piece , it was also broken and another set of impression material was in my package with no explanation why. so again since Feb. i have no partial.They don’t answer the phone and take weeks to email you back. horrible horrible experience and I feel so stressed out over this because I need my missing teeth to be replaced. makes me feel like they just throw it together and don’t take the time for the customer. Update: they made good on my product. miscommunication was settled and i got my partial plate. thank you. it’s slow and they are a small company. that are working on improving

I needed a lower denture to just get me by before going back to work and teaching a class. I obviously had to be able to eat and talk without a major slur of words too, etc. Never doing the whole at home impression thing before i was on the fence about the whole idea. Obviously i decided to purchase, after about a month i got a notice that the lower was shipping and that they had some alignment issues and did this n that and it was a better quality acrylic etc. So while waiting for the lower to show up i was having nightmares this was not going to fit, be horrible for teaching a class etc. They arrived, and ill be damned if it fit like a glove and alignment was perfect. The alignment issue Dentkits was having was due to my having the same original upper denture that i received 16 years prior and had never been adjusted. I will be purchasing a complete new upper and lower SET in the near future, this was a trial for me to see if the whole at home denture thing would work, well IT DOES WORK!. Surge was excellent and I was able to speak to him over the phone, get any help with questions etc and there were no issues at all. Yes ill be buying again and would recommend. And for those about the whole gagging issue, the putty they provide, me personally i did not have any issues.

To simply put this I paid a year ago. Got my kit, sent it back, had to call for the try-in since 2 months passed it finally got sent. Fit was wrong, did a new one, another 2 months I get ‘we never got it’ then another is sent in a few weeks. Fit is wrong then again waiting on molding material finally got it sent it back, got another tube of impression material bad pick try again, had a video call told me I will send it out, never got it, no followup. Asked for it again since another 2 months pass no one responds, i send another email still no response. Finally I asked for a refund. The result i got nothing but frustration and having to followup continually. Truly was not worth it. So disappointed
