Returns & Refunds Policy
DentKits’ impression kit can be returned unused for a refund minus a restocking fee due to the expiring products in the kit.
DentKits’ try-ins, denture design, provider prescription and final denture are not eligible for returns or refunds as they are custom made to your provided impressions. We do, however, do our best to make any hand adjustments needed to ensure a well fitting and functioning denture.
Damaged In Transit:
If a package is damaged during transit, please contact us via our contact page, provide a picture of the damage and we will replace the damaged product. A 10 day window is provided to contact us about product damage occurring in transit.
Customer Dissatisfaction:
DentKits is here to provide a much needed service for those left behind by the current dental industry. We strive to be affordable, flexible and provide exceptional service.
Because our products are made to fit impressions done by our customers at home, inaccuracies can make our product not fit. This is why we provide try-ins and continue to adjust the try-in until it is customer approved. Only once approved, will we make a final product.
If the final product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us via our contact page. We will do our best to work with you.
Note:
Do not ship your impressions, try-ins or final dentures before we ask for them to be returned. In many cases, they do not need to be returned or we need processes done before return. Once your request is approved, a prepaid label will be sent via email.
Cancellation:
To cancel an order that has not had any services rendered, please contact us via our contact page and we will cancel the order as long as no services have been rendered.
